Meet our Professional Team

Dr. Laura J. Curcio

Au.D. - Audiologist / Owner

Dr. Laura Curcio was born in Washington, D.C., and was raised in East Lansing, Michigan. She attended Michigan State University for her undergraduate degree and Wayne State University in Detroit for her Doctorate in Audiology. Dr. Curcio stands out from other hearing healthcare providers in Rochester in that she is the only independent private-practice Audiologist in the area with an Au.D. degree. She was a student clinician at Lakeshore ENT, Deaf Hearing and Sign Language Center, Children's Hospital, and Michigan Ear Institute.

In addition to completing a rigorous academic curriculum, she has extensive clinical experience in a variety of settings. In the past 5 years, she has personally fit over 3,000 patients.

Jay Springer

Practice manager / Owner

Jay is a lifelong resident of Rochester Hills. His parents moved to Rochester Hills in the 1970s to raise their family, where his father built them a home that they still live in today. In 2023, Jay retired from his 23-year career as a Union Teamster Steelworker in Detroit.

While missing his fellow teamsters, he works diligently towards earning his Hearing Instrument Specialist license. He enjoys bringing his blue-collar work ethic to serving his community. He is honored to serve as an ambassador with the Rochester Regional Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, cooking, traveling, attending Broadway shows, and spending time with his nieces and nephews.
